Even though Jared is one of the NFL’s best defensive ends ever to play the game he is also quite the entrepreneur investing in 3 very successful businesses in the food and beverage industry in Arizona. In 2009 he was humbled when he was shipped off to Kuwait aboard the USO Tour visiting our troops where he returned and decided to take on yet another venture. This time it was all for charity. To support our troops by starting his own nonprofit to raise money for injured soldiers.

Jared currently lives with his wife Amy in Arizona during the off season and Minnesota during the football season. He enjoys just about everything outdoors but is particular to his bow and rifle and some open terrain.

Born and raised in the rural mountains above Los Gatos California, Dylan grew up playing football until he traded in his cleats for a dirt bike. He then spent his years traveling with his family and friends racing where ever the circuit took him.  After high school Dylan decided to move to Los Angeles California to race motocross and attend Cal Poly University where he studied physics. Soon after he moved to Arizona to finish college at Arizona State with a degree in pre-med Biology, chemistry, and Exercise and Wellness.

After a few internships at local physics labs and hospitals, Dylan decided to take on a whole new venture. He joined up with a local start-up development finance bank to learn about collateral and contracts. From there he decided to team up with Jared Allen and start up a local restaurant/bar called The Lodge. A  much needed hot spot in Old Town Scottsdale influenced from his mountain roots and North Dakota family background.Dylan then assisted Jared Allen with starting Jared Allen 69INC, Dylan runs the day to day opperations along with their hunting television show Relentless Pursuit.

Soon after he started another lounge in Scottsdale called Revolver and a southern food influenced sports bar in Tucson Arizona called Mays Counter Chicken and Waffles. He is proud to be the President of Jared Allen’s Homes for Wounded Warriors and recently signed up with The Ride for Semper Fi to ride his bicycle from Phoenix to San Diego to raise money for the Marine Corp. He lives in Arizona with his fiance Amanda.

Ken Harris is a Tampa based NFLPA Certified Athlete Agent and sports law attorney. He has negotiated over 80 NFL contracts, as well as numerous endorsement deals. Ken has been an Athlete Agent for 12 years and practiced law for 17 years. His areas of expertise include negotiating, drafting, and enforcing contracts.

Ken graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Communications. He later graduated from UM Law School after concentrating in the areas of contracts and labor law. Ken is a member of the Florida Bar Association’s Sports and Entertainment Law Division. He has been asked to speak at numerous sports lawyers conferences, compliance coordinator summits, and university Player-Parent seminars.

Victor D. Barbo, CPA brings 23 years of experience to the board. Currently Victor is President & CEO of ProSportsTax, a division of Sink, Gillmore & Gordon LLP, Public Accountants. Under Barbo’s leadership, ProSportsTax has enjoyed exponential growth and now has clients in the fields of football, basketball, baseball, hockey and golf, including players, coaches and trainers. Outside of dealing with the world of athletics and sports, other clients include banks, professors, manufacturing companies, politicians, businesses both large and small, trusts, estates, non-profit entities and individual taxpayers.

Victor is also writing coordinator and editor for Professional Tax Institutes, a seminar company providing quality continuing education for CPAs, attorneys and other professionals.

Victor is a graduate of the University of Kansas, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kansas Society of Public Accountants and the Public Accountants Association of Kansas, of which he is also a past president.
